"It was a big laugh.
What I thought was reality was actually a dream."

Maki Sato relies on her inner landscapes and senses, combining fragments of colored paper to explore forms beyond thought.

Toshihisa Noguchi lets out cheerful laughter while curling his back, gently dropping "dots" one by one to create beautiful patterns.

We invite you to step into this cozy, enchanting space where their pure expressions meet—like a continuation of a beautiful dream.

黙々と仕事をするひとがいます
落ちついた気持ちを持っています

いちどにすべてを望んで
すべて面倒になったみたいです

サトウマキ Sato maki
香川県在住。
美術館のない場所への引っ越しを機に、アートのある日々と自身を取り戻すべ
く制作を本格的に開始。自分の中にある景色や感覚を頼りに、色を塗った紙の断片を素材として作品を
構成している。切る・置く・貼るという行為を通じて、偶然性と遊び心を受け入れ
ながら、思考を超えたかたちを探っている。

野口敏久 noguchi toshihisa
1971年生まれ工房集所属。
「えへへ」「イッヒヒ」実に楽しそうに、面白くて仕方がないと言わんばかりの笑い声が聴こえて来る。
背中を丸めて、1つ1つつっくりと「てんてん」を落としていく。
1つのところにじ～っとポスカを留めて、次は作品ごと持ち上げてインクを垂らして、模様を創り出す。
「てんてん」と線のハーモニーが、綺麗であり飛び出してきそうな錯覚に陥る。

I love the city. I love the noise and the crowds. Skyscrapers packed together with no space between them, trains arriving every three minutes, convenience stores every hundred meters, the air like a sigh in the early morning. Every day something happens, and nothing remains. Every day something changes, and no one remembers what changed. That's the kind of city I love.
