タイトルは「投げるのではなく、ただ落とす」。力を抜いていきましょう。
手放すことは「投げ捨てる（throw）」ことではなく、自分の意思で降ろす（drop）」こと。

下側の移動する白い空間にある青は握りしめた力、右の空白は脱力した状態にへの変化。

The title is “Don’t Throw, Just Drop”. Let’s relax. To let go is not to “throw away,” but to “drop” with one’s own will.

The blue of the moving white space at the bottom is the state of clenched force, and the blank space on the right is the change to the state of unclenched force.

How the work is made?

白く塗ったパネル。

今回は単純なものを作りたい。

完成。

あまり迷わなかったように見えるが、途中で寄り道もした。

色を塗ったはいいが、これからどうしようと悩んで今回は使わないことにし、結局新しいパネルに作り直した。
